WINTER TENNIS COACHING PROGRAMME - Download

Mini Tennis Red (Age 4-7 years)

Mini Tennis red is the 1st stage of tennis for young children to learn the basics of the game, develop their movement and co-ordination skills and take part in lots of fun on badminton sized court.

Mini Tennis Red Lessons are on:
• Monday 4-5 pm
• Wednesday 4-5 pm. 
• Saturday 12-1 pm

Mini Tennis Orange / Green (Age 7-10 years)

Mini red and green coaching are the next stages of tennis as the children get older. The courts are bigger and the balls harder. Technical and tactical knowledge is developed at this stage.

Mini Tennis Orange / Green Lessons are on:
• Monday 5-6 pm
• Wednesday 5-6 pm
• Thursday 4-5 pm
• Saturday 1-2 pm

Junior Coaching (age 10+)

This is tennis on a full court with a normal ball. The technique and skills you have learnt during the stages of Mini Tennis can now be put into action on the full court.

Junior Coaching Lessons are on:
• Thursday 5-6 pm
• Thursday 6-7 pm
• Saturday 10-11 am
• Saturday 11-12 pm

Competitions will be held throughout the year and more sessions will be put on in the summer months.

All sessions are charged at £5.00 per hour.

Individual lessons are also available during the week and at weekends for junior members of WCTC at £23 per hour.
